Warranty

Heliocol is the only solar collector manufacturer that grants a full 12 Year Parts and Labor Warranty (10 years outside the USA) on all of its manufacturer components. Heliocol guarantees that all Heliocol solar collectors and components will be free from defect in materials and workmanship in the manufacturing process under normal use and service.

During that time, should a Heliocol solar collector or component exhibit a manufacturing defect, Heliocol will repair or replace the part without charge for parts or labor to the customer. Heliocol solar collectors are also warranted against internal freezing, so long as they have been installed according to Heliocol's installation guide.

Unique Design

Heliocol is the only collector to have an individual tube design and all modular components which are fully warranted.

Since this unique design virtually eliminates wind load, Heliocol collectors are certified to withstand hurricane force winds. The individual tubes also enable the roof to "breathe" which prevents moisture from being trapped under the collector. Since each tube is able to expand or contract independently, cracks and leaks due to wear and tear of thermal expansion and contraction are eliminated.

Single Piece Construction

Heliocol collectors are manufactured using a patented "over-molding" process whereby the headers and risers become one piece of plastic.

This one piece plastic construction makes Heliocol collectors rugged and durable.  There are no seams or welds between the header and risers that can crack with age or stress. This enables Heliocol collectors to  withstand very high temperatures and burst pressures.

Flush Mounting

Heliocol is installed with no gaps between collectors and there is no visible installation hardware.  This makes Heliocol installation aesthetically pleasing. All of the installation hardware is hidden from view and there are no gaps between collectors. The result is a simple and sleek looking system.

Low Head Loss

Riser tubes have an open, full flow design and create less than 1/3 ft. hd.  This smooth, full flow design eliminates high head pressures and protects the collector against clogging. Lower head pressure keeps pumping requirements to a minimum which helps to maximize efficiency.

Rack Adaptability

Engineered rack system designs are available.  These off the shelf designs save time and expense and give added flexibility to Heliocol installers.
